| Are there ads or trackers? | No advertising SDK, no ad ID, no third-party trackers. |
| Is my passport image safe? | Encrypted in transit and at rest, readable only by you and the staff on your booking, and deleted when you delete your account. Details. |
| Do you take card payments? | No. The app never asks for a card number, CVV, PIN, or bank password. |
| Can I use the app without location? | Yes. Location is only for Qibla and weather, and both are optional. |
| How do I delete everything? | In the app: Settings → Delete account. On the web: the deletion form. |
