These Terms govern your use of the AoMadinah mobile app and website operated for Peer Bukhari Travels / AoMadinah. By creating an account or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms.
What AoMadinah provides
AoMadinah helps you browse Umrah-related packages and tools, request quotes, submit traveller documents, and coordinate bookings with our agency team. Listed prices and availability may change until a quote is confirmed in writing through the app workflow.
Accounts
- You must provide a valid phone number you control.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Do not misuse the service (fraudulent documents, harassment, or attempts to bypass security controls such as App Check).
Quotes, bookings, and payments
- A quote request is not a confirmed booking until our team confirms it according to the in-app booking lifecycle.
- Payments follow the wallet / receipt workflow shown in the app. Keep payment proofs accurate.
- Cancellation, refund, and change rules depend on the package, airline / hotel supplier rules, and any terms stated on your final quote.
Travel documents
You must submit accurate passport and traveller details. Visa, entry, and pilgrimage requirements remain your and each traveller’s responsibility under applicable Saudi and local rules. We may refuse or pause a booking if documents are incomplete or appear invalid.
Acceptable use
You may not reverse-engineer the app for abusive purposes, scrape the service at scale, upload malware, or use the platform for unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Intellectual property
AoMadinah branding, app design, and content remain our property or that of our licensors. Package photos and partner content may belong to third parties.
Disclaimer
The app is provided on an “as available” basis. Travel involves third-party airlines, hotels, and authorities outside our full control. We are not liable for delays, supplier failures, or regulatory changes beyond what applicable law requires.
Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page.
